Shiner 1062SP
The New Shiner 1062SP is one of the best all-rounder style shads available. Its long slim shad profile is ideal for a wide variety of predatory fish species like bream, bass, flathead, trout, golden perch and mangrove jacks just to name a few. Ideal as a searching bait when fish are scarce but it really excels as a suspending jerk bait around snags and weed beds.
The Shiner 1062 casts straight and accurate due to the unique Daiwa design “S-GOS” or silent gravity oscillation system. This system slides a tungsten weight to the rear of the lure along a wire to shift the weight to the tail for bullet like casts. Upon retrieving the weight shifts to a position that optimizes the oscillation (wobble). Crank hard and fast and the weight shifts to the front for increased balance and deeper diving.
Diving down to 1.5 metres on a straight crank but when jerked it creates an irregular dynamic action.
Handmade in Japan to the highest standards, these lures feature 3D realistic eyes, ultra sharp chemically sharpened trebles and are painted internally with chip proof paint for an incredible lifelike finish.
